We are so excited to partner with the Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA to host a pet adoption event right here at 10th & Dairy Apartments on Friday, August 7th from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM!

This event is open to the public, so residents, neighbors, friends, and fellow animal lovers are all welcome to stop by, meet some adorable adoptable pets, and maybe even find a new best friend. 🐱🐶

A special thank you to The Dairy Market for partnering with us and graciously offering to cover the adoption fee for the first adoption, up to $150!

We can’t wait to see you there. Come connect, cuddle, and help a furry friend find their forever home. 💛

10th & Dairy is proud to partner with the UVA Second Year Council for a clothing drive benefiting the International Rescue Committee! 🧥✨

We have a donation box ready for you in the main lobby. Whether it’s that coat you haven't worn in a year or some gently used sweaters, let’s work together to help those in need!

The gifts kept on giving at our resident Holiday Party, and we could not be more grateful for the great company we were in! We celebrated last Friday with a fantastic wine and cheese spread and gave away some seriously good prizes, including a Roomba, a cozy Woven Blanket, and this Ninja Air Fryer! Congrats again to our lucky winners! 🎉

Not only are we grateful to our awesome residents who attended (and those that couldn't make it!) We are so grateful to have Xfinity and Hunter Wyant- State Farm Insurance join us! And a special thanks to Tasting Room & Taphouse at Mount Ida Reserve for hosting the awesome wine tasting!
