Other projects underway include the redevelopment of multiple Downtown Chattanooga buildings featuring office, retail and restaurant - including the multi-million dollar redevelopment of the original headquarters of the Krystal Company at 701 Cherry Street - the new home to OpenTable (The Priceline Group, NASDAQ: PCLN), Whiteboard, CBI, Inc. and Brody Jewelers; and the redevelopment of 1401 Chestnut in the Southside, featuring the new 6,000 sq ft offices for CodeScience and a 6,500 sq ft residential condo - now for sale at $1.65 million. Other notable projects include the development of the FIRST LEED-Certified building in Chattanooga (home to River Street Architecture), Walgreens on Frazier Avenue, Family Dollar on Brainerd Road, Family Dollar on Dayton Blvd, the 43,000 sq ft development of Sports Barn North, a 3,800 square foot build out for Standifer Orthodontics, a 6,000 square foot redevelopment and conversion from restaurant to office space for a law firm Downtown (home to Speek, Webb, Turner & Newkirk PLLC), redevelopment of the historic McConnell Block building for Cadence Coffee Co and River Church, a 3,000 square foot speculative build out of unique collaborative office space in the City Center now leased to H&D Corporation, and a 3,700 sq ft custom build out for orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Mark Sumida.
