UPDATE (currently rented)

We will have a rental available mid to end of January! It is in a very nice neighborhood in downtown Cheraw with 2 bedrooms and 1 newly remodeled bathroom. It has a spacious yard and both the inside and outside has been freshly repainted. No smoking is allowed and pets will be considered.

Rent is $900 which includes lawn care and all appliances.
