SOLD! 🎉🏡 And this one was a DOOZY.

If there is one thing I hope this transaction reminds you of, it’s this: CHOOSE YOUR REAL ESTATE AGENT WISELY. And just as importantly, choose a settlement company that has experienced real estate attorneys available when you need them.

This transaction had ALL the things. 😅 It was an assumption, we uncovered septic issues that became contentious between buyer and seller, and eventually we had to bring in attorneys to advocate for my clients when we knew we were right in navigating a very complicated negotiation.

There were definitely moments when I wasn’t sure if we were EVER going to make it to the closing table.

Then, 18 HOURS before closing, the lender threw us a deal-ending curveball. 😳

Enter the solid Hail Mary. 🙏🏼 IYKYK.

And somehow, someway… WE CLOSED. 🎉

Now my buyers are sitting on a gorgeous property with an interest rate of around 3%. Talk about worth the fight! ❤️
