Here are a few real estate opinions I stand by...

Real estate is full of advice and “rules,” but after helping many buyers and sellers over the years, I’ve learned that every situation is different. What works for one person isn’t always the right move for someone else.

Here are a few opinions I stand by:
🔹I’d rather talk you out of buying a house than talk you into one.
Seriously. If I think a house isn’t the right fit, has too many red flags, or just doesn’t make sense for your goals, I’m going to tell you. I’d much rather help you find the right home than watch you regret buying the wrong one.

🔹Just because you’re approved for it doesn’t mean you should spend it.
Buying a home shouldn’t leave you feeling house poor. I want you to love your home and still have money left over for vacations, date nights, home projects, and life in general.

🔹I’m never going to overprice your home just to make you happy. Or agree with you and tell you what you want to hear.
Of course I want you to get top dollar—but the highest list price doesn’t always lead to the highest sale price. A smart pricing strategy gets buyers in the door, creates competition, and gives you the best chance of maximizing your return.

At the end of the day, my job isn’t to convince you to make a bigger purchase or promise you unrealistic numbers. It’s to give you honest advice, help you make smart decisions, and be someone you can trust every step of the way. That’s always been my approach, and it always will be.
