Let me just brag about my God and my clients ❤️🙏🏾🙌🏾Homeownership doesn’t happen through wishful thinking alone. It takes faith, discipline, consistency, action, and a willingness to receive and follow the guidance of the professionals helping you along the way.

Last year, I met Tyanna and David at an open house for one of my listings. In January of this year, they reached out and asked me to represent them on their homeownership journey. At that time, they weren’t quite ready to purchase, but instead of becoming discouraged, they trusted the process.

My team helped them establish a plan and understand what needed to be done to become mortgage-ready. They listened, followed the guidance they were given, remained committed, and put in the work.

Five months later, in May, we officially started shopping for homes. By June, we were under contract, and in July, they closed on their very first home!

Not only did they become homeowners, but I was also able to negotiate a $10,000 seller concession toward their closing costs. They are also walking into their new home with several thousand dollars in equity already. That is an incredible way to begin their homeownership journey!

This is what happens when faith meets preparation, guidance, and action.

God opened the doors, but Tyanna and David were willing to do the work required to walk through them. They remained disciplined, made the necessary sacrifices, trusted the process, and allowed the right people to guide them. That deserves to be celebrated.

I am incredibly proud of them and honored that they chose me to represent them during one of the biggest financial decisions they will ever make.
