A lot of buyers still think they need 20% down to buy a home, but that’s not the case for most people 👇👇

Depending on your situation, there are several options that can make buying a home much more accessible:

☑️ Conventional loans can start as low as 3% down
☑️ FHA loans are typically 3.5% down
☑️ VA loans may offer 0% down for eligible buyers
☑️ USDA loans may also offer 0% down in qualifying areas

Putting 20% down can help reduce your monthly payment and avoid PMI, but it’s not required to get started. 🏡

For example, on a $300,000 home:
20% down = $60,000
5% down = $15,000
3% down = $9,000

That difference can make a big impact on when someone is able to buy.
