Something new just landed our 1950's property in Chesterton, IN and we are so excited about it.☕
Our operations manager (Lindsay Green❤️) has a close relationship with Wild Birds Unlimited and she walked in this week with a recommendation we couldn't say no to, Birds & Beans Wood Thrush Breakfast Roast from Wild Birds Unlimited.
Shade-grown, Smithsonian Bird Friendly® certified, and sourced from family farms in Peru that are actively protecting migratory bird habitats. Creamy milk chocolate with a floral finish.
We're pairing it with Torani S'mores syrup, because if you have a 1950s diner kitchen, S'mores is basically a requirement.
She also brought Wild Birds Unlimited hobby guides and Indiana Birding Trail brochures so guests can take the whole bird theme outside after their morning cup. We had no idea Indiana had 400+ documented bird species and 60+ trail locations. Now our guests will too.
This is brand new at Retro Bird Retreat by the Dunes in Chesterton and we cannot wait to hear what our guests think.
First cup of the day just got a whole lot more intentional. ☕🐦
