This one is bittersweet! My dad is 89 years old and he owned this building for over 30 years! He now suffers with advanced Dementia! I moved him in with me last year and my wife and I are now his full time caregivers. I sold his building and was able to get a great return on his investment! His building is close to the University of Chicago hospital he worked there for many years before retiring! The building is also close to the new Obama Library and Jackson Park. Generational wealth!
