Fresh out of college, Tiffany Vondran worked as a real estate paralegal. Her interest in real estate took her on her current journey of becoming a successful and reputable agent in Chicago. Before joining Fulton Grace in 2019, Tiffany worked with for 12 years. She was the top rental agent within the office and closed over 50 transactions per year in addition to her sales. Her dedicatio
n to her clients turned past renters into first time home buyers. She prides herself in having 93% of her business come from referrals and repeat clients. She was on the company monthly leaderboard for top sales volume twice in 2020. Her average days on market for her listings is 24 days and selling at an average of 99% of list price. She received 37 referrals from past clients in 2020 alone and closed over $5 Million in volume. Well-versed in the city’s neighborhoods, Vondran handles a majority of transactions in Bucktown, Wicker Park and Lincoln Square. Ranked the No. 1 top-producing agent at Fulton Grace in both March and the first quarter of 2021, she stays top of mind with clients by hosting events and reaching out on birthdays. In 2019, Vondran started an annual Christmas toy drive for Comer Children’s Hospital, a personal dedication to her niece, who was diagnosed with leukemia at age 4. By attending multiple core leadership workshops, she is always finding ways to educate herself and become a stronger Realtor to give her clients the best service. To unwind, she enjoys photography, traveling and competing as a professional pool player. Vondran was named MVP in 2018 and competed in the 2018 and 2019 World Pool Championships in Las Vegas. She also enjoys spending time in South Haven, Michigan where she owns a vacation rental home. She enjoys taking quick trips for hiking, wine tasting, and watching the sunset on Lake Michigan.
