Inventory held fairly steady at 7,687 homes (down just 1% from July), but activity cooled: 1,787 homes sold (down 17% month-over-month) and the median sale price slipped 5% to $401K. Classic late-summer pause as families lock in for the school year. Still a solid market in a lot of neighborhoods if you’re ready to move this fall.
