BACKSTORY: Yes, I am a Realtor....and I've been working on a passion project, collecting hyperlocal housing data, stretching back over a decade, across Chicagoland areas/neighborhoods.
If you've gotten this far in my post, I'm sure you're asking, "Why the heck-a-roni and cheese would you do such a thing?!" Because I felt the need to help as many households as possible cut through all the noise of today's market. (and because google and ChatGPT will never have all the answers)
And all of this data serves as the building blocks for an upcoming video series we're working on.
