Rose Dante - Realtor - Baird and Warner Having been born and raised here, I believe whole heartedly that I’m a true Chicagoan who loves the city and all that it offers.

In addition to my real estate career I have been actively involved in financing, both the primary and secondary markets, which I feel helps me advise my clients in this volatile financial climate. As chief financing officer with a large Chicago based construction Company, I acquired a tremendous amount of knowledge that I now use to benefit my real estate clients. I can provide a unique insight in that critical aspect of my client’s real estate transaction. With numerous years spent in upper management, I have accumulated the necessary organizational skills to excel in my field. James Beard recognition…right here in Dunning?! 👏🏼🌽

I finally stopped into Santa Masa Tamaleria and now I understand the hype.

From the chicken tamal in salsa roja to the Tamal of the Month wrapped in Chihuahua cheese 🤤 and a café de olla to finish it off—SO good.

But what makes this place even better is the talent behind it. Chefs Danny Espinoza and Jhoana Ruiz were named 2026 James Beard Award semifinalists for Best Chef: Great Lakes. And getting to meet Jhoana and her dad while I was there made this neighborhood stop even more special. ❤️

I love showing you the restaurants, businesses and people that make Chicago’s neighborhoods feel like home.

We give directions based on places that haven’t existed in 15 years. We’re stopping at the Jewels. It will ALWAYS be the Sears Tower. And yes, we have very strong opinions about hot dogs. 🌭

Yesterday, home meant something a little different. 🏡🔨❤️

I spend my days helping people buy and sell homes, but yesterday I had the chance to help actually build one.

So proud to have joined my Baird & Warner colleagues and Habitat for Humanity in Chicago’s Austin neighborhood—getting our hands dirty, working together, and helping create a place someone will soon call home.

Days like this are a great reminder that real estate is about so much more than houses. It’s about people, neighborhoods and community. ❤️

The side of being a Chicago realtor that you don’t see 🤫

A closing photo, a successful post, or a home that sells quickly can make the outcome look simple from the outside, but there’s usually a lot more happening behind it.

There are late nights, extra calls, prep that started weeks earlier, conversations that had to happen at exactly the right time, and plenty of small decisions that never make it onto social media but still shape the result.

That’s the part of the job people rarely see, and honestly, it’s a huge part of what makes the wins mean so much.

The highlight is only the final frame. Most of the work happened long before it.
