Real Estate Update for Sellers & Buyers

You may notice some Chicago‑area listings disappearing from Zillow and Trulia. This is due to a dispute between Zillow and our MLS (MRED) — not a problem with any specific listing or brokerage.

MRED has stated that Zillow violated MLS rules by excluding certain listings, and Zillow may temporarily lose access to MLS data.

The good news:
✔ All listings still appear on thousands of other major sites (Realtor.com, Redfin, Homes.com, brokerage sites).
✔ All listings remain fully active and visible to every agent and buyer.
✔ This is temporary and industry‑wide.
