In April, BOMA hosted its Diversity Celebration, an event focused on advancing inclusion across the commercial real estate industry.

A special congratulations to Urban Innovations’ Assistant Property Manager, Sean McColligan! Sean was named a partial scholarship recipient of the Reginald L. Ollie Inclusion & Outreach Scholarship. This scholarship supports applicants pursuing their Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation, helping to foster the next generation of industry leaders.

In addition to this recognition, Sean was also selected as one of a small group of BOMA members invited to participate in an exclusive meet-and-greet with Lt. Governor Juliana Stratton ahead of the event!

Another great day at the annual CREN Golf Outing! CREN has been bringing Chicago's commercial real estate professionals together through networking, friendship, and charitable events since 1949, and this outing was a great reminder of how strong and connected our industry community truly is. Grateful to spend the day with industry friends and partners. Special thanks to Crescent Cleaning for their co-sponsorship of the event and for continuing to be a valued partner.

From networking and laughter to fun course games, great prizes, and a few surprisingly impressive scramble shots, it was a reminder that some of the best days in our industry happen outside the office.

We were proud to have hosted an Earth Day Tenant Appreciation Event at 311 W Huron, celebrating sustainability, community, and the partnerships that help our buildings thrive.

The event brought together our valued tenant community from across the portfolio for an afternoon of connection, appreciation, and hands-on experiences. Guests enjoyed an interactive Blossoms Bar featuring hand-crafted floral bouquets, succulent plantings, honey giveaways from our very own onsite bees, and engaging mini-workshops throughout the event.

The turnout, energy, and support from our vendors made the day truly spectacular. Thank you to everyone who helped bring this event to life.

Special appreciation to our event partners: Blue Plate Catering, Crescent Cleaning, Republic Services, Vanguard Cleaning, The Posh Garden, McFarlane Douglass, Alvéole, with special gifts provided by Lunchdrop.

We hope everyone enjoyed their giveaways, and we look forward to announcing our grand prize raffle winners this week as we continue celebrating Earth Month.
