This month we got into a few fun things:
Fully in teen mom mode... Silver Dollar Fair, Farmers Market, Monkey Bowl, and happy hour at Crush with my girl.
Joined the Power Gym on East Ave and I'm obsessed (the playlists alone are worth it).
Got our out-of-town buyers into their dream home after 3 months of FaceTime tours, can't wait for them to settle in for summer!
The spring market is in full swing here in Butte County and I'm so excited to see what summer brings.

Most people going into a real estate transaction already know the basics.

But there are a few that catch people off guard...

Opening a new credit card or furnishing your new living room before closing can actually flag your loan and put the whole deal at risk.

A job change, even a good one, can do the same thing.

And going in with a low offer "just to see" often just signals to the seller that you're not serious.

The good news: all of this is avoidable with the right guidance going in.
