My husbands parents purchased their Indian Hill home in 1968 when interest rates averaged 6.4%. Had they waited for interest rates to come down they would have put off homeownership for 37 years to get a rate below 6.4%. Let that sink in.

The life lived, memories made, and equity built made their purchase well worth it.🏡
