1. Pre-approved buyer up to $200,000 looking in Clermont county - except Batavia. Would also consider Cleves.
Home on at least 1 acre or more. Would love a 4 bedroom, but they would take a 3 bed.
It can be a fixer upper if need be, as long as they can live in it while fixing it up.
2. Conventional buyers up to $300,000, looking for a ranch with a basement, or a tri-level. At least 3 beds and 2 baths. Must have dining room. Amelia, Withamsville, Anderson Twp, Eastgate, Batavia, Anderson, Milford.
3. Conventional buyer up to $240,000, looking for a condo or a home with minimal upkeep. No preference on bed/baths, as long as it has enough room for storage. Newtown, Anderson Twp, East End, Hyde Park, Madisonville, Mariemont, Walnut Hills, California, Columbia Tusculum, Fairfax, Oakley, Madeira, Indian Hill, Kenwood. He would absolutely love a condo in the Reserves of Ivy Hills in Newtown or one on Park Avenue in Walnut Hills. Looking for low HOA fees for condo - less than $350/mo.
