I first met Kara when she was making the move to Cincinnati back in 2021. She became one of the very first owners in the unique Academy Lofts renovation, getting her pick of units and landing on an incredible one overlooking one of OTR’s most popular streets.

Five years later, she was ready for her next adventure. Helping her both purchase and now sell this condo has been such a special full-circle moment, and I’m so grateful to have been part of the journey from the very beginning!

I’m so excited to continue cheering her on from afar as she continues her next chapter in Seattle. Congratulations, Kara! ❤️🏡✈️
