Congratulations to Daniel & Anayra on the purchase of their new home! 🏡🎉

Helping these two buy their very first home 6 years ago was such a special milestone, but getting the opportunity to help them find their next home has truly been a full-circle moment. Watching their journey over the years has been such a joy!

This next home is everything they’ve been dreaming of, and I can’t wait to see how they make it their own!

And of course, we had to snap a selfie at closing because somehow we all showed up in matching outfits completely by accident! 😂

Thank you both for trusting me for the second time to be part of your journey. It truly means more than you know!Congratulations! ❤️🏡

🏡 Congratulations to Rylei & Dalton on purchasing their first home together! ❤️

After months of searching, we finally found the one! A few weeks earlier, while touring another property nearby, Rylei pointed to this adorable home and mentioned how cute it was. As luck would have it, it hit the market shortly after!

We made it to the open house the very first day, and it was absolutely packed with over 60 people in attendance! Knowing the competition would be fierce, we moved quickly and put together a strong offer that stood out from the rest. All while getting them locked into an unheard of interest rate that only lasted for 3 days! It truly was meant to be!

I’m so excited for you both and wishing you years of wonderful memories in your new home! 🏡✨

A very special congratulations to Ryan & Lauren on purchasing their first home together! 🏡❤️

A few years ago, I met them through my cousin when they were making the move to Cincinnati and they became my very first tenants! Since then, I’ve enjoyed watching their story unfold and I was so excited when they asked me to help them find a home of their own!

From tenants to homeowners, it’s been such a fun journey, Congratulations, you two! Wishing you many years of wonderful memories in your new home. ✨🔑

✨ Sold ✨

I first met Kara when she was making the move to Cincinnati back in 2021. She became one of the very first owners in the unique Academy Lofts renovation, getting her pick of units and landing on an incredible one overlooking one of OTR’s most popular streets.

Five years later, she was ready for her next adventure. Helping her both purchase and now sell this condo has been such a special full-circle moment, and I’m so grateful to have been part of the journey from the very beginning!

I’m so excited to continue cheering her on from afar as she continues her next chapter in Seattle. Congratulations, Kara! ❤️🏡✈️
