💗 Thanks to everyone who came out last weekend for our Breast Cancer Awareness Walk through Old Milford!

It really means a lot to see my Coldwell Banker community, friends, and neighbors come together for a cause that has touched so many of us in one way or another.

Sometimes it’s the little things that make a difference. Maybe this is the reminder someone needed to schedule a screening, or maybe it’s simply a smile or a moment that reminds someone going through breast cancer that they have people in their corner.

If we can make a difference for even one person, then it’s worth it. 💗

Thank you to everyone who walked, helped, and supported this year’s event. I’m grateful we could come together for such an important cause.

My buyers originally had a different area in mind, but once they found this Morrow community, they fell in love. The pool, sidewalks and playground were just a few of the things that made this neighborhood such a great fit for their family.

My first-time buyers were hoping to be in their new home before their lease expired and before their wedding. We didn't quite make either deadline, but the perfect home was worth the wait.
And now they're officially homeowners! 🏡
I'm so happy for them and the home they found in Union Township. Sometimes the timeline doesn't work out exactly as planned, but the right house is worth waiting for.

Sometimes it's strategy. Sometimes it's timing. And sometimes everything just comes together.
I represented the seller of this Fairfield condo, and we were able to get it under contract after just one showing. My seller was thrilled and able to move forward with their relocation.
A good reminder that you don't always need a long list of showings to get the right result — sometimes it really is about having the right buyer at the right time.

There probably isn’t a “perfect” time to buy a home. The market is always changing, and there will always be a reason to wait for things to feel just right.
Sometimes it’s less about timing the market and more about having a plan that makes sense for you.
