Meet Diane Neely, Title Officer

Every smooth closing starts with people who care about the details, and Diane is one of those people.

Since joining Townsend Title in 2024, Diane has been an important part of our team, working behind the scenes on title examinations and pre- and post-closing operations. With a degree in Paralegal Studies and a passion for accuracy, she helps ensure every transaction is prepared with care and attention to detail.

When she's not at work, Diane loves spending time with her husband, children, and six granddaughters. She's always up for an adventure with her sister, cheering on the Nashville Predators or Nashville Kats, or opening her heart and home to dogs in need through her volunteer work with Daniel & Friends Animal Rescue.

Meet Carol Wilson, Senior Title Manager

With more than 40 years of experience in law offices and real estate title companies, Carol brings a depth of knowledge that's hard to match. As a Clarksville native, she's spent decades helping guide real estate transactions with the attention to detail and expertise that clients and industry partners rely on.

Carol has worked alongside Jonathan Vinson for more than 12 years, supporting both the legal and title sides of his practice. Today, she continues to play an essential role as Townsend Title's Senior Title Manager, ensuring every transaction is handled with care from start to finish.

When she's not working, Carol is always planning her next adventure. From exploring Egypt and Israel to a cattle drive in Idaho, annual trips to California w**e country, and a Mediterranean cruise with lifelong friends, she's never been one to stay in one place for long. Most recently, she and her boyfriend, Jamie, purchased an RV and are looking forward to exploring even more of the country together.

At home, Carol enjoys spending time with her three four-legged companions—two dogs and a cat—and making memories with family on UTV trails and at automotive events.
