In today's industrial real estate market, waiting for the "perfect" building can mean missing out on great opportunities. Some of the best deals come from properties that weren't initially on your radar.

For brokers: don't make the decision for your clientโ€”present the opportunity and let them evaluate it.

For owners and occupiers: get out and tour buildings. Don't be afraid to consider buildings that are larger, smaller, or different than your original criteria. There is no substitute for walking a property and seeing how it could work for your operation.
