A Message from Madison, our Leasing & LiveIt! Specialist:
I’m so excited to share that I was named Hawthornes Leasing & LiveIt! Specialist of the Month for August! 🩵💚
Not only did I reach a goal that I had been really hoping to accomplish, but I had the highest number of leases across the company for the entire month of August!
This one means a little extra to me because just over a year ago, I made a pretty big career change. After spending about 10 years in Hospitality, I decided to take a chance on myself and step into an entirely new industry. I walked into this career knowing I had a lot to learn, but also knowing that the skills I had built over the years---connecting with people, listening, creating experiences, and genuinely caring about the people in front of me, would follow me wherever I went.
A year later & here I am. I’m incredibly proud of how much I’ve grown, how much I’ve learned, and the confidence I’ve gained along the way. Leasing isn’t just about numbers to me. It’s about helping someone find their next home, making people feel comfortable, following through, and creating an experience and memories they remember.
So yes, I’m going to take a moment and celebrate this one, because I worked really hard for it, I wanted it, and I’m genuinely proud of myself for achieving it.
A huge thank you to my Amelia Village team for this cute gift I got this morning and of course to our residents, and every person who has trusted me to help them find their home!
