Sold. I will be honest, there is a specific kind of exhale that comes with seeing this sign go down, because getting here is never as effortless as it looks. But this is the part I love, handing a family the close of one chapter so they can go start the next one. Congratulations to my sellers. You trusted me with a big one and I do not take that lightly.

Just home from being away and straight into coordinating all the things. My own house today, HVAC and cleaning, and a listing across town with stagers, cleaners, and painters in full swing. If you are the one in your family who keeps the whole operation running, you already know exactly what this morning feels like. We make it look easy, do we not? What are you juggling today?

Some homes you walk into and you just know. You can't explain it. The light is right. Something about the way it feels when you're standing in it. That feeling is real, and helping you find it is my favorite part of the job.

Helping people fall in love with home, in Ladue and Clayton.

Made my hubs his favorite last weekend, oatmeal cream pies, the soft kind that taste like someone loved you enough to make them from scratch. Found the recipe in a new cookbook I couldn't resist, and standing in the kitchen this afternoon watching them come together I kept thinking about how the smallest things are usually the loudest way to say I'd choose you again. They turned out so good I almost didn't want to share them. Almost. Tell me the one thing someone makes that tastes like home to you.

I have buyers right now looking for homes that may never hit the market.

Here's who I'm working with. There's a family hoping for something move-in ready in Ladue near McKnight, a larger home with a little acreage that they can just settle into without renovating. A buyer who'd love a 3-bedroom condo at Carondelet Plaza in Clayton, with room to spread out in the building everyone wants to be in. A couple with their heart set on Westmoreland in University City, that street specifically. And a family looking for a newer 4-bedroom build in Brentwood or Webster, something fresh and modern that isn't a project.

If you've ever thought "maybe someday" about selling, this might be your sign. The easiest sale is sometimes the one that never really hits the market, no sign in the yard, no parade of strangers, no staging your whole life for weeks on end.

So if you know a home that might fit one of them, or if it's yours, I'd love to talk.

You deserve someone who just gets it.

The chaos of school pickup and back to back meetings. The way you need someone who will just handle it so you do not have to think about it.

I already know. Because I am one of those women too. And I built my entire business around making this easier.

Buying or selling is never completely without stress. There are real decisions to make and real things that need to get done. But my entire job is to carry as much of that as possible so that your part feels manageable.

That is what I show up for every single day.

If something is pulling you toward a move this year, trust that feeling. And call me first. 📲 314-651-9161

I spent two hours on a Thursday learning to paint flowers in buttercream. No reason except that it sounded lovely, and it was.

There's something about sitting down with a friend, a palette of frosting, and zero agenda. No emails, no to-do list, just leaves and petals and a lot of laughing at our first attempts.

I'm always saying to romanticize the ordinary. To let the regular days feel like something. This was me practicing what I preach, and walking out with a cake almost too pretty to cut.

Thank you for the perfect afternoon.

There's a thing I do for every closing. I bake.

Not because anyone asks. Because handing someone the keys to their home is a big deal, and big deals deserve cookies.

Contracts and paperwork are the job. This is the part I love. The vanilla going in my kitchen, a little box wrapped and ready, a sweet way to say congratulations on your next chapter.

Buying or selling in Ladue or Clayton? You get the cookies too. It's kind of my thing.

Right now, somewhere on your street, there's a buyer who would love your home.

So I'm doing what I always do. Sitting down with a stack of cards, writing addresses by hand, one at a time. No mail merge, no labels. Just me, your street, and the hope that the right note finds the right doorstep.

Sometimes the best move isn't a sign in the yard. It's a letter that says someone is already looking for exactly what you have.

If you've ever caught yourself wondering what your home is worth, or thought "maybe someday," consider this your nudge.

Here is what June actually looks like in St. Louis right now.

There are not enough homes. Buyers are losing deal after deal to overbids that do not make sense anymore. And the ones who are still in it are done fighting over the same listings on Zillow.

So they are asking me about off-market properties. Homes that are not listed anywhere. Homes where you are the only buyer at the table.

One of the things I do for my buyers is a personal letter campaign. We identify the streets and neighborhoods you love and reach out directly to homeowners. Sometimes they are ready. Sometimes we plant a seed. Either way you are in a conversation nobody else is having.

If you are tired of losing — text me. 314.651.9161

What neighborhood are you watching right now? Drop it in the comments and I will tell you what I am seeing there.
