Okay I have to tell you about this because the rewards are actually unreal 😅

What Sunday actually looked like: open house, kids basketball, contracts on my phone in the parking lot between games.

This home deserved every bit of that energy. Big open spaces, a three car garage, everything a family needs to just live. The right buyers felt it the moment they walked in.

Some weekends in this job are quiet. This one was not.

The quiet before a home becomes someone's everything.

I love this part. Walking through a space before it is anyone's yet, setting the scene, noticing every little detail. It is where my mom brain and my agent brain meet because both of them are always thinking about the people who are going to live here.

What will mornings look like in this kitchen? Where will the kids drop their backpacks? Which window will become their favorite?

The home is just the beginning. The life that happens inside it is everything.

The playroom is changing and my kids have opinions about it. But I've been setting up my office in a different spot every single day and something had to give. We're turning this room into a space that actually works for the whole family and I genuinely think they'll come around once it's done. More to come.
