If your birthday is approaching, check your renewal date, review your continuing education progress, and make a plan for any remaining courses. MLS Now offers CE opportunities to help you work toward your required hours.

Remember to claim your license in eLicense LPI so you can receive renewal reminder emails, and give yourself enough time to complete every step.

PREP has one number you cannot eyeball: eight. ⏳

Counting starts the day after your Listing Contract Date. Saturdays, Sundays and MLS Now holidays are not business days. The listing has to be Active by the 8th business day.

That date is a deadline, not an appointment — you can go Active any time before it.

And if you are entering a listing directly as Active, leave the Activation Date blank.

MLS Now is operating under a new edition of the Rules and Regulations. It took effect Monday, Aug 3, 2026. The edition it replaced ended Sunday, Aug 2, 2026, and is still posted so you can see what moved.
