The NRP Group recently marked a major milestone with the groundbreaking of North & Valley, its first affordable housing community in Nevada, bringing 105 new homes to North Las Vegas.

In partnership with Austin Independent School District in Austin, Texas, The NRP Group broke ground on Anita Coy to transform the former education building into a 341-unit mixed-income community. The first homes are expected to begin lease-up in fall 2027. This week, we welcomed 44 interns to NRP across construction, property management, corporate, and development. We’re excited to see this group in action and to help shape the next generation of A+ players. “Sanara is designed for families seeking attainable rents in well-connected neighborhoods, a demographic that is often underserved in today’s market,” said Max Whipple, Vice President of Development at The NRP Group.

NRP recently broke ground on Sanara in Southeast Austin, Texas, a 348‑unit affordable housing community. All residences are reserved for households earning up to 60% of AMI and are designed with family‑friendly floorplans, with more than half of homes featuring three- and four-bedroom layouts.

The NRP Group and Brooks celebrated the groundbreaking of Lucia at Brooks, a $72 million, 353-unit apartment community on San Antonio’s Southside. During the event in February, Alicia Sebastian, President, San Antonio ISD Board of Trustees, shared more about how Lucia will impact the local community.
