Your neighbor's sale is doing one of two things: helping your home's value, or hurting it. 🤷‍♂️

In real estate, we call these "comparable sales." When a buyer makes an offer on your home, they look directly at what the house down the street just sold for to justify their price. More importantly, the bank's appraiser uses that neighbor's sale to approve the loan. If your neighbor got top dollar, your home's value just went up! 📈
