📊 Brevard County Real Estate Market Update — April 2026
Here's a snapshot of what's happening in our local market!

Single Family Homes held steady on price with a median sale price of $375,000 — flat compared to this time last year. Closed sales and new listings are both down, but inventory also tightened to just 3.7 months, which signals continued demand.

Townhouses & Condos are showing some encouraging momentum — closed sales are up 2.3%, new pending sales jumped 18.7%, and the median sale price nudged up to $286,000. Inventory also dropped from 8.8 to 7.2 months.
