Community First at Tubbs Hill 🌲🧹

Our team loved getting out on Tubbs Hill last week for a volunteer clean-up day. Keeping our local trails pristine is always a priority for us, and there is nothing better than taking care of the beautiful outdoor spaces we all share right here in Coeur d’Alene.

The clean-up was also the perfect way to kick off a special day of celebrating Gary Schneidmiller’s birthday! We kept the team energy going afterward by heading over to the courts for some friendly rounds of co****le and pickleball.

We are so grateful to have a crew that values community impact just as much as a little healthy competition. Thank you to everyone who came out to pitch in and make the day so meaningful! 🏓

Our team had the absolute best time cheering on the Spokane Indians! There is nothing quite like a night at Avista Stadium with the Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty crew. We enjoyed great baseball, even better company, and plenty of laughs.
