Last week was a busy and rewarding one! I am now teaching new students the Principles and Practices of Real Estate for the New England School of Real Estate — always inspiring to help future agents get started in this industry.

I’m also incredibly proud of three agents I mentor at Carl Guild & Associates who have had successful closings! Abby Ondras closed on her listing in East Haddam, Laurie Norton helped her client win a home in a competitive multiple-bid situation and Dan Guinan assisted his seller in a successful closing with an over asking sales price!

As we wrap up 2025, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to my clients, friends, and family for your unwavering support throughout the year.

This final quarter was particularly memorable, with highlights including successfully selling the last new construction homes at Sawmill Estates in Norwich, and the wonderful journey of helping Rich and Lori Eifler find their new home in Colchester Commons while also selling the cherished family home where they raised their children. It’s exciting to welcome the young new buyers who will begin their own family in that same beloved home. The last sale of the year was a bittersweet moment, as I helped Dot and Curt Wood part with their childhood home, filled with so many memories. Thank you all for being a part of this journey with me! Here's to new beginnings in 2026! 🏡✨
