We are seeking a reliable and skilled Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This role is a contract position and is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting commercial properties to ensure safe, clean, and fully functional facilities.
Location: Cold Spring, Kentucky
Employment Type: Part-Time/20-25 hours per week
Pay: $24-$28/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:
· Keep all Properties clean and clear from trash and debris
· Perform Routine Maintenance and Repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, pressure washing, flooring, etc.)
· Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
· Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
· Maintain accurate service records
· Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
· Communicate clearly with supervisors, tenants, and vendors

Qualifications:
· 4+ years of commercial maintenance experience preferred
· High school diploma or GED
· Strong working knowledge of general building systems
· Ability to diagnose and repair common maintenance issues
· Have their own basic hand and power tools
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Able to pass a criminal background check
