This is their 1st investment property, located in the prime location of Queen Village. ✨️
A little back story of how they became my long-time loyal clients.
Five years ago, Linda didn't have a good experience with an agent she started out with. She searched on zillow for an agent that works in the Merchantville area. We got connected.
Linda lived in CA and saw a house in Merchantville that she likes, and it's close to her parents. She wants to see the home. We communicate through WhatsApp through the entire process.
The home they wanted was a foreclosed home. We won the bidding against 25 other bidders.
This home has 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, 3 stories about 2700 sqft. It only needed minor repairs.
They got for way under $200k. Now, the home is worth about $500k.
I did not meet them until closing day. They weren't sure if they were going to make it.
This was my first sight unseen transaction.
Since then, we have become good friends. And I became their trusting agent. I have gotten many referrals from them throughout the 5 years period.
Throughout the years, they continue looking for another property, and until now, I told them this is the one.

This property will increase in significant value after it gets a face-lift.
