SOLD!!! Congratulations to my clients on the closing of the Sale of their family home in Petersburg! Their parents built this 5300 sq. ft. home in 1966 and lived there until they passed. There had not been any updates done, so it was like going back in time when you walked through this lovely home. The 4 adult children who grew up in this home were an absolute pleasure to work with. It is quite emotional to let go of the past and all of the memories. The good thing is that the memories will always be with them, even though the home now has a new family who will make their own memories there.
