I can’t decide what my favorite feature of this Columbia, SC home is.

You’ll find this grand home in the well-established Wildewood neighborhood where you will find a golf course and waterfront homes.

I also love the well-manicured lawn, and driving through this neighborhood is like driving through a movie set.

Congratulations are in order for my first time homebuyer in Blythewood, SC.

When they walked through the door at the final walkthrough with matching shirts on, I almost cried! 😭

“We came, we saw, we closed”

Her grandmother was so sweet and kept saying how proud she was of her.

The girls picked their rooms at the final walkthrough, and it was the cutest thing!

This is why I love being a realtor!

The buyer was able to pick her lot and floor plan, and watch the home being built from the ground up.

Now, they’re moving in right before school starts.

I don’t think a new house was on their back to school list, but way to start the school year. 📚
