I don’t post updates like this as often as I used to, but this is a story I felt compelled to share.

A few years ago, I was in a rut. I’d been licensed for about a year, had zero transactions to my name, and I was struggling. I was honestly wondering if I had wasted my time and money—I was ready to give up on this real estate thing entirely.

Then, at the perfect time, these sellers came to me and asked me to represent them in buying this house.

I don’t think they ever realized just how instrumental they were in getting my business off the ground. Their trust was the spark I needed. Now, several years and—by the grace of God—many transactions later, I was fortunate enough to help them sell that very same home.

"Thankful" isn’t a strong enough word. I don’t take a single transaction or a single day for granted. I am truly blessed to do this work and to help the people I care about.

This past Saturday, I was honored to donate this FN rifle, which was presented to the recipient of the Fargo Award—an honor given to an outstanding K9 duo within the Richland County Sheriff’s Department. It’s a small token of appreciation for the men and women I’m proud to work alongside. Ever since I got into this business, one of my biggest goals has been to reach a place where I could give back to the people who do the job I’ve been blessed to do for the last 19 years.
