A big thank you to Israel of God Church for spending the day serving our clients at Transitions.

Along with Eddie Mack and the Harvest Hope team that operates the Transitions kitchen, they hosted a cookout for our clients and provided clothing for those in need.

We’re grateful for community partners who give their time and resources to care for our neighbors and make days like this possible.
