Game day with my boo! In my vows, I said I was going to learn football, but y’all…it just ain’t connecting for me. Send help! 😂🥴😬
And why was it so hot in that stadium?! The people were dropping like flies out there! I know I better have earned some bonus points with this man for sticking it out in that heat.
Oh, and speaking of houses…even though nobody was speaking about houses. 😂 If you’re a Panthers fan who wants to stay close to Charlotte without paying Charlotte home prices, let’s look at Blythewood! You’ll be just over an hour from the stadium and may get a whole lot more house for your money.

I just had a conversation with someone who became the victim of wire fraud while purchasing a home, and it was devastating.

Scammers can send wiring instructions that look completely legitimate. Before sending a single dollar, call the closing office using a verified phone number and confirm every detail verbally.

Never trust last-minute wiring changes sent through email. If anything feels off, STOP and ask your Realtor.

One phone call could protect your entire down payment. Please share this with someone preparing to buy a home. 🚨

Final walkthrough day for my veteran clients!

We came prepared with the blue tape to make sure everything was right before closing—and this home is BEAUTIFUL!

From the all-white exterior and gorgeous open kitchen to the primary suite with its private balcony and that freestanding tub…they chose well. And THAT BACKYARD?! 😍

This is what it looks like when the right home, the right location, and the right timing all come together. I’m so excited for them! Closing day here we come!
