While we took time to recognize outstanding achievements at our annual Awards Celebration, some of our favorite moments happened between the awards.

With team members from across South Carolina gathered at the Columbia Sailing Club, the day was a reminder of what makes Colliers special: great people, strong relationships and a culture that brings us together. From pontoon boat rides and friendly co****le competition, it was a day spent celebrating the people behind our success.

We’re grateful for every team member who contributes to our culture and for opportunities like this to connect, recharge and enjoy time together as one team.

One of Columbia’s most iconic and historic properties and new home to Sylvan's Jewelers, The Depot Building will house Addam’s as it relocates from Assembly Street. The new location is set to open later this summer.

Introducing the inaugural John W. Folsom Community Leader Award! This new accolade was named after and awarded to its namesake, “Johnny” Folsom. As part of the award, Johnny dedicated a $5,000 company donation to Transitions Homeless Center.

Now Chairman Emeritus, Johnny served as the esteemed President & CEO of our company for over 30 years. Throughout his distinguished career, he served or led in volunteer roles for more than 20 community and professional organizations.

In future years, this nomination-based award will honor an employee whose actions reflect his spirit and exhibit Colliers’ core value of community. Additionally, the company will donate $5,000 to the award winner’s preferred nonprofit organization.

Tommy Johnson, SIOR and Zach Lundberg represented Yorktown Investment Holdings in the sale of 712 Calhoun Street, an approximately 4,672-square-foot office building to SB Property Investments and Management.

The building was originally listed for lease, but due to strong buyer interest, the property became available for sale and was under contract within 90 days.
