We are Brandon & Cortney Vogel, the owners of CDI Property Management!
As real estate investors and property owners ourselves, we know firsthand that trusting someone with your investment is a BIG decision. That’s exactly why we started CDI Property Management, to create something that owners could truly feel at ease trusting their properties with.
We understand what it takes to not only manage properties well, but also create a positive experience for tenants along the way ☺️
With Brandon’s years of experience in construction, real estate, and investing, we’ve worked hard to build a strong team with top notch systems in place to help properties run smoothly and efficiently.
We are confident in our incredible team that we have, Sunny who plays a massive role in the day to day operations of CDI and is the person owners and tenants work closely with throughout the management process. From communication to coordinating maintenance and helping ensure everything stays organized, she helps keep everything running seamlessly. She’s amazing!
