I am considering hiring helpers, assistants, and skilled technicians.

Job entails fixing and maintaining residential, rental and comercial properties. Drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, remodeling, siding, HVAC, landscaping...you name it.
MUST have own vehicle. Preference given to those that have their own tools, and know how to use them.
Pay dependent upon skills, experience level, and quality of work demonstrated, and honesty. I don't mind training, either from scratch, or in skills new to you.
I'm easy to work with, and beleive in having fun at work. I demand quality and detail towards longevity. My moto; if you can tell a repair has been done, it's not a repair...it's a patch.
