This September, we come together to honor the fallen. 🇺🇸

Join us Saturday, September 12 at 9 a.m. at the National Infantry Museum’s Inouye Field for the 2026 Global War on Terrorism Memorial Rededication.

This year, 29 new names will join the memorial. Twenty-nine heroes whose service and sacrifice will forever be remembered.

Please note our special museum hours:

🕛 September 12: OPEN Noon–3 p.m.

August is in the books 🏡

Columbus added 284 new listings this month, while 132 homes sold, with a median sales price of $231,991.

But here’s the thing: that median doesn’t tell the whole Columbus story. Our market varies significantly depending on the area, neighborhood, price point, and property type — so one citywide number can only tell us so much.

Throughout September, I’ll be digging deeper into the numbers and breaking down what’s happening in different parts of our market. 📊

Because whether you’re buying, selling, or simply keeping an eye on your home’s value, the numbers that matter most are the ones closest to home.
