April was WILD. 🫠😂

There were problems, pivots, tough conversations, and chaos management happening ALL 👏🏽 MONTH 👏🏽 LONG 👏🏽!!

I had a deal blow up on closing day 😅 … I was real deal fighting for my life some days. 🥊😂

But despite the stress and surprises, solutions were found and families still made it to the closing table… and that’s what matters most. 🙏🏽

Grateful for every client, referral, and person trusting me through it all.

Today’s topic was Agent Owned Rentals & Property Management, so I was ALL ears being a landlord myself.🏡

Real estate is constantly evolving and REALTORS® are held to a higher standard, so continuing education really matters. I loved seeing fellow agents and my broker in class learning too. 👏🏽

This business has stretched in ways I didn’t know was possible. Long hours. No true off days. Problem solving. Strategy. Tough conversations. Faith. Being proactive and assertive when needed. No two days are ever the same. 😂

But helping families create stability and build generational wealth makes every challenge worth it. 🏡✨

The first time I was on a billboard was back in 2022 after earning my first Circle of Excellence award. To now be back on one after earning Lifetime Circle of Excellence is definitely a full circle moment. 🥹💕

More than anything, this moment is a reminder that God is faithful.🙌🏽

I always say… the right one will come and you’ll know it. Because we’ve seen quite a few and they were 🥴😮‍💨.

But honey… we walked in yesterday and she lit up. I smiled right back like yep, this is it.

Before we could even leave, she said ‘I’m ready.’

Multiple offers… and she STILL got it!💪🏽

And it’s an even bigger compliment when you get to help family… that part means everything. ❤️

Glasses are off. My work for the day is done. 😴
