But here’s the reality: at this price point, you’ll probably need to be flexible.

The home may need a little work or some TLC. 🔨
Your location options will be more limited. 📍
And let’s just say… multiple bathrooms may be a luxury. 🚽😂

But if your goal is homeownership, building equity, or buying something you can improve over time, there ARE opportunities out there.

My buyer started with two things they were SURE about: no new construction and no suburbs.

Well… guess who’s buying a BRAND-NEW home in the suburbs? 😂🙌🏾

Sometimes finding the right home means looking at the whole picture—timing, location, space, lifestyle AND the financial benefits.

For my client, this new construction home checked boxes they didn’t even realize could outweigh their original “no’s.” More space. More affordability. A beautiful new home that fits their lifestyle—and most importantly, an opportunity to stop renting and start building equity.

Today was a good day! My buyer officially closed on a beautifully maintained home right here in the city—and we closed a full WEEK EARLY! 🙌🏾

This home had multiple offers, so we knew we had to be strategic, competitive and smart with ours. We put together a strong offer, stayed focused on what mattered, and WE WON! 💪🏾
