Originally brought to Columbus through her husband’s military assignment at Fort Benning, Verronica quickly fell in love with the Chattahoochee Valley and proudly calls the Fountain City home. After her husband’s retirement from military service in 2023, their family chose to continue building their lives right here in the community they’ve grown to love.

Before real estate, Verronica spent several years in the medical field, where she developed a strong foundation in compassion, advocacy, and attention to detail — qualities that now shape the way she serves her clients every day. Passionate about helping others through life’s biggest transitions, she is especially honored to serve military families, medical professionals, teachers, and first responders through Homes for Heroes as one of the few Hero Agents in the Columbus area.

A Columbus, Georgia native, Fabain has deep roots in the community he proudly serves. Having attended school locally from K-12 and played trumpet in the Carver High School marching band, he has built lifelong connections throughout the Columbus and Phenix City area.

Before transitioning into real estate, Fabain spent more than 18 years as a painting contractor, building and operating First Choice Painting and Home Repair. He also brings over 16 years of experience in both door-to-door and business-to-business sales with companies including Swisher International, Ecolab, and Performance Food Group. One of our favorite coffee spots in Columbus, The Seed at The Rapids just opened in their new space inside the brand-new Synovus building, and it turned out incredible. ☕️

We’ve loved getting to work with The Seed through this move and helping them settle into a space that fits them and the energy of downtown so well. They’ve built something really special, and it’s been exciting to watch their growth in Columbus.

The new space is beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and the coffee speaks for itself.

If you’re looking for a new go-to spot downtown to meet up, work, or slow down for a bit, this is it.
