✨ Remember the full cost of owning a home: mortgage, property taxes, insurance, maintenance, utilities… all of it.

✨ Leave room for LIFE. A new car. Vacations. Kids. Emergencies. Unexpected expenses. Your house shouldn’t eat up every dollar you make.

✨ Talk to your Realtor honestly about your comfort zone, not just your maximum approval amount.
