Every time I sit across from someone who thought they needed 20% down, believed their credit automatically disqualified them, didn’t know assistance existed, or simply didn’t know where to begin, I’m reminded why education matters.

People are relocating here from cities where $500K, $700K, even $1M homes are normal. To them, what we consider “expensive” in Columbus can still look affordable.

Now add the growth of tech, new data centers, expanding businesses, new jobs, and Central Ohio’s available land for continued housing development.

Columbus is growing, and everybody sees the opportunity. The question is, do WE?
