NeighborWorks Columbus is pleased to welcome Justin Reynolds to our team. Justin graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. He began his career in finance at 1st Franklin Financial Corporation in August 2019, quickly advancing to Assistant Branch Manager and, by June 2023, Branch Manager.

In 2021, Justin passed his SAFE Exam and became a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. After seven years in the finance industry and five years as a licensed professional, he transitioned to the mortgage industry.
