You set New Years goals. They work for two weeks. You get frustrated. You go back to your normal routine. NOT THIS YEAR! Here's how to actually set goals that stick:
🎓ACADEMIC
- Prioritize what class is the most important. do that homework first.
- Break big goals into smaller milestones.
- Use a planner or digital calendar.
- Find a study buddy for accountability.
💪FITNESS
- Start small—even 15 minutes counts!
- Use our fitness center (it's included in your rent!)
- Sign up for classes at The OSU rec center
🤗 PERSONAL
- Schedule time for hobbies you recharge your body & mind
- Build community—attend our resident events
- Practice gratitude daily by writing one thing you are thankful for
