The world keeps telling us to do more, have more, experience more, and never miss out on a thing.⁣
⁣
But what if the life we’re so afraid of missing out on is actually distracting us from the life God has called us to live?⁣
⁣
Y’all, that one will make you think. ❤️⁣
⁣
Matthew 7:13 reminds us that the gate is narrow. And there’s a reason for that.⁣
⁣
Following Jesus isn’t always the popular choice. It’s not always convenient. And goodness knows it’s not always easy.⁣
⁣
Sometimes it means saying NO when everybody else is saying YES. Sometimes it means walking away from something that looks perfectly fine to the world but doesn’t line up with God’s Word.⁣
⁣
And sometimes? It means admitting we’ve wandered off the path ourselves.⁣
⁣
I know I have.⁣
⁣
That’s why I’ve decided to start reading through the entire Bible again. One chapter a day. No commentary. No outside opinions. Just God’s Word.⁣
⁣
It’s going to take a little over three years, and I’ve started a channel so you can walk through it with me.⁣
⁣
We spend an awful lot of time listening to what the world thinks we should do. But how much time are we spending listening to what GOD is telling us to do?⁣
⁣
The narrow gate doesn’t get wider just because we want an easier way. But the more time we spend in His Word, the better we can recognize the path He’s asking us to follow.⁣
⁣
And we don’t have to figure it all out in one day.⁣
⁣
We just have to keep choosing Him. One day at a time.⁣
⁣
❤️ So let me ask you something.⁣
Are the choices you’re making today bringing you closer to God, or are they simply helping you fit in with the world?⁣
⁣

YOU WERE NEVER MEANT TO STAY SEPARATED FROM GOD. ✝️⁣
⁣
Y’all, there’s something beautiful about fall. The leaves change, the seasons shift, and we’re reminded that life doesn’t stay the same.⁣
⁣
And neither should we when we give our lives to Jesus.⁣
⁣
Sin separates us from God, but the cross? Oh, that cross made a way for us to come HOME!⁣
⁣
2 Corinthians 5:17 reminds us that when we are in Christ, we are a NEW creation. The old has passed away, and the new has come.⁣
⁣
Now listen, that doesn’t mean we suddenly become perfect. Goodness knows we still stumble, make mistakes, and sometimes wander right back into habits we thought we’d left behind.⁣
⁣
But here’s the beautiful part. God doesn’t tell us to stay where we’ve fallen. He calls us back to Him.⁣
⁣
Your past doesn’t have to define your future. Your mistakes don’t have to become your identity. And yesterday’s failures don’t have to keep you from walking with Jesus today.⁣
⁣
That’s what grace does, y’all. It changes everything.⁣
⁣
❤️ So here’s my question for you today:⁣
Are you holding on to something from your old life that God has already invited you to surrender?⁣

Maybe it’s time to let that season end and allow God to make something NEW.
