Interesting timing as we head into the fall market!
Realtor.com has identified September 27–October 3 as the “Best Week to Buy” in 2026, based on factors like more available inventory, less buyer competition, more price reductions, and potentially better negotiating opportunities.
Of course, real estate is always local, and every price range is a little different — but fall can definitely create opportunities for buyers who have been waiting for a little more selection or a little less competition.
